Dana Sappier, Native American Indian (Algonquin/Maliseet) from New Brunswick Canada, and now a permenant resident of Crossville, Tennessee, is a life long supporter of Veterans. He is an associate member of local Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1015 and has organized and coordinated several Pow Wows. He is an active member of the community and is known by many of the area dignitaries as "CHIEF". The name of "FAT CHIEF" was bestowed upon him by his Veteran brothers at last years event during JJ KENT's story of Fat Chief/ Skinny Chief, an Oglala story about a man , much loved by his wife and family and who happily gave everything to his people.
